Listing Removal Policy
To make the directory useful from day one, HomeHail lists local service businesses using public information: state license records, business registrations, and details businesses publish on their own websites to reach customers. Every such listing:
- is labeled a public-record listing, distinct from claimed profiles;
- cites every source with a link and access date;
- keeps summaries neutral and factual — sentiment is always attributed to its source;
- shows only business contact information, never personal-capacity data;
- carries a removal link, right on the page.
Removal, no friction
If you own a listed business and want the listing gone, use the removal link on the listing (or email hello@homehail.com). We honor every request — no questions, no retention flow — and hide the listing within 48hours, usually immediately. You’ll receive email confirmation, and the request is logged.
Corrections
Spot something outdated or wrong? Tell us and we’ll correct or remove the datum promptly. If a source has changed since our access date, we re-verify against the source.
Or make it yours
Most owners keep the listing and claim it — claiming is free, takes minutes, and converts the listing into a profile you control: find and claim your listing.
