HomeHail.

We started with a busted AC and fifteen unanswered calls.

It was a South Florida summer morning — the kind where the house hits 84° before breakfast — and the air conditioner had quit overnight. Phone in hand, coffee going warm: fifteen numbers dialed before 9 a.m. Half never picked up. Two promised a call back that never came. One quoted a price that doubled on arrival, and one actually showed up — three days later.

Everyone here has a version of that story. The leaky water heater discovered on a Sunday. The lawn crew that vanished mid-season. The “we’ll be there Tuesday” that meant nothing. The problem was never that good local pros don’t exist — they do, in every one of these cities. The problem is that finding them runs on luck, group-chat recommendations, and phone tag.

So we built the thing we wished existed: one place where you describe the job once, see what it typically costs before anyone calls you, and let the pros come to you — with the trust infrastructure a phone call can’t give you. Cited public records instead of mystery listings. Reviews that require a completed job. An address that stays private until you actually hire.

We’re a small team based in South Florida, building for the neighborhoods we live in — South Florida, the Keys, and north to Orlando. We keep the customer side free, permanently, because the person with the broken pipe is the last person who should be paying a toll.

If a pro shows up at your door the same day you posted the task, our whole product worked. That’s the bar.
